Biography

Mephisophilus is a solo project masterminded by Abdullah {Mephisto} in the middle of 2007, after the failed attempts to make a black metal band. the idea of black metal born in Abdullah's head since he bought his first instrument, he looked for members and managed to find some but not so long till they were kicked out due to the carelessness and the bad performance and the weak will, they were just playing around and that didn't suit Abdullah because he is so serious about his project. As long as some people who live in this country oppose the black metal it wasn't easy enough to find members, also some of them don't understand the concept of Black Metal they just think it's all about satanism. so as long as this world is filled with those closed weak minded it will take ages to clerify the goal of Black Metal. Abdullah started to compose all the instruments and write the lyrics by himself, yet, he needed a vocalist, his true friend Mohammed joined him as a vocal, while both of them are deeply into Black Metal. They made a demo called March of Black consist of 4 tracks. later Mohammed traveled to other country so he had to leave the band later then Fawaz joined him as a vocal. Mephisophilus basic goal is not just making a metal that head bang bang you, its point is making an atmospheric dark music that gives TRUE sensation and meaning to it.
